Design Process
This platform supports iterative design practice where students identify problems, develop prototypes, test ideas and refine solutions through reflection and feedback.

Design is rarely a straight line. Designers identify problems, develop ideas, prototype solutions, test outcomes, and refine their work through multiple iterations.

This platform encourages students to share and reflect on their design decisions, supporting creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Iterative design processes also support learner autonomy, encouraging students to make decisions, test ideas, and refine their thinking.
Students participating in Community of Design are encouraged to document how their ideas evolve across each stage of the iterative design process, supporting reflection, and informed design decision-making.
Identify problems
Understanding users, contexts, and design opportunities.
Prototype ideas
Developing and testing possible solutions.
Test with feedback
Gathering feedback and analysing performance.
Refine and improve
Improving designs through reflection and further development.
Reflection in Design
Reflection is a key part of iterative design practice. The platform encourages students and teacher to document how designs evolve through prototyping, testing, feedback and refinement.
